Most of the items you see in my shop are 'made-to-order' and can take up to 10 working days to make, though often it is quicker than this.

I accept PayPal for all orders.
If you are in the UK and would like to pay by cheque, please get in touch. I wait for cheques to process before shipping items.

Shipping
The postage charges in my shop are for insured delivery with tracking. When the item is delivered a signature is required.
UK delivery is by Special Delivery and arrives the next working day after it is posted.
For International Shipping, this is by Airsure or International Signed For.
Postage time to everywhere else takes 5-10 working days. If you are worried about where you item is, please get in touch and I can track it.
I always get in touch with my customers the day I send an item to let you know that the item is on its way.
For all customers there is the option to choose basic shipping. Please get in touch with me either before buying and I can adjust the item cost, or after is OK too and I will refund the difference. It is around $3 to $5 for this service.
Please note, if you choose basic shipping, I can not be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit, nor anything that is damaged. I can not issue replacements or refunds for items sent via regular airmail.
